At Viki Pigeon Products, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction for all our customers who purchase high-quality supplements from trusted brands like Rohnfried, Wonder Pigeon, Cest Pharma, Tollisan, and Dr. Brockamp.
Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

You have received a damaged, leaked, or wrong product.

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened, used, or partially consumed supplements.

Products with tampered or broken seals.
-
Items purchased during clearance sales or combo offers.
-
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or email.

Provide your order number, product details, and a clear photo/video showing the issue.

Once verified, we will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will:

Approve the refund if it meets the policy criteria.

Process the refund within 5–7 working days through your original payment method.
💡 In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Replacement Policy
If a replacement product is available, we will dispatch it once the returned item is received and verified.
If not, we will issue a full refund or store credit as per your preference.
6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we cover the return shipping cost.

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product, shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return cost will be borne by the customer.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
For prepaid orders, a small transaction fee (if any) may be deducted during refund processing.
8. Authenticity Guarantee
We only sell 100% genuine and imported pigeon supplements from reputed European brands.
In case you receive a damaged or counterfeit-looking product (highly unlikely), please contact us immediately for verification and replacement.
