At Viki Pigeon Products, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve made our cancellation policy as simple and transparent as possible.
1. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone with your order details.

If your order has not been packed or shipped, we’ll cancel it instantly and initiate a refund (for prepaid orders).
2. Orders Already Dispatched or Shipped

Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

In such cases, you may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for information on returning eligible products after delivery.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the same payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable since payment is made at the time of delivery.
4. Partial Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a part of your order, please contact us within the eligible time frame.

Partial cancellations are subject to product availability and order status.
5. Cancellation by Viki Pigeon Products
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of:

Product unavailability or stock issues.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Payment or verification failure.

Any unforeseen issue that prevents dispatch.
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund immediately (if prepaid).
6. Combo & Offer Products
Orders placed during special discounts, combo deals, or limited-time offers are not eligible for cancellation once processed.
